You are an experienced Front Office professional with a strong background in medical front office operations. You understand the importance of being the first point of contact for patients and are committed to ensuring smooth daily operations in a busy clinical setting. What you'll do
In this role, you will greet patients and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth. You will handle patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information is collected. Verifying insurance eligibility and supporting basic billing-related processes will be part of your daily tasks. You will schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently, ensuring that patient flow is maintained. Answering phones, responding to patient inquiries, and routing messages appropriately will also be key responsibilities. You will maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system, preferably Athena, and communicate effectively with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and record maintenance, using practice systems and technology efficiently to support daily operations.
What we offer
