You are an experienced Principal or Staff Platform Engineer with a strong background in cloud engineering — you have a proven track record of driving architectural solutions and optimizing platform performance. Your expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD practices allows you to tackle large-scale complexities effectively. You thrive in environments where you can lead technical initiatives and influence strategic roadmaps across various platform domains.
You possess a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and are skilled at identifying technical gaps — your proactive approach enables you to propose high-impact optimizations that enhance system resilience and cost-effectiveness. You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Your experience spans multiple technical domains, including compute, networking, data, security, and observability — you are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and driving initiatives from concept to execution. You are passionate about creating a developer experience that empowers teams to innovate freely.
Desirable
Experience with modern cloud platforms and tools is a plus — familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP can enhance your contributions to the team. You may also have experience in optimizing developer workflows and improving system observability.
