Who you are
You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are proactive in identifying key metrics that drive business performance. Your ability to communicate complex financial data clearly is one of your strengths, allowing you to partner effectively with leadership and operational teams.
You enjoy building processes from the ground up and have experience with modern FP&A platforms such as Adaptive or Pigment. Your analytical mindset enables you to bring structure to ambiguity, and you are comfortable working with various data sources to surface insights that matter. You are commercially minded and understand the importance of aligning financial outcomes with business strategy.
What you'll do
As the FP&A Manager at Fonoa, you will partner with leadership and RevOps to analyze sales performance and pipeline dynamics. Your role will involve creating structured planning models that provide a forward-looking view of the business, helping teams operate smarter and spot issues earlier. You will act as a critical finance business partner, ensuring that the leadership team has the insights needed to make confident decisions.
You will be responsible for surfacing and structuring data across various performance metrics, including revenue drivers and GTM efficiency. Your work will have a visible impact on the organization, as you will be expected to identify areas for improvement and implement processes that enhance operational cadence. Over time, you may have the opportunity to build and lead the FP&A team as Fonoa scales.
