Who you are
You have a strong background in IT support, ideally with experience in managing diverse operating systems including macOS, Windows, and Linux. You enjoy solving problems and have a knack for automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to assist team members across various departments effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom to facilitate communication and productivity. You are proactive in identifying potential IT issues and enjoy the challenge of enhancing security measures within the organization. You are also familiar with onboarding processes and can guide new employees through their initial setup with ease.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for scaling internal IT processes and delivering outstanding support to Fonoa's globally distributed team. You will manage IT support requests, ensuring that all team members have the tools they need to perform their best work. Your day-to-day tasks may include onboarding new employees, responding to IT support inquiries, and exploring ways to enhance security across the organization. You will also have the opportunity to automate processes that currently take hours, streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency. As part of the on-call rotation, you will address urgent IT and security requests, ensuring that the company's technology infrastructure remains robust and secure. You will collaborate closely with teams such as People Ops, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Engineering to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping how Fonoa approaches IT, making a significant impact on the company's operations.
What we offer
Fonoa offers a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $105,000, along with equity and benefits. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to transforming how digital-first companies stay tax compliant.
