What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative training programs for Foodsmart's network of Registered Dietitians. You will take complex clinical information and product knowledge and transform it into engaging, gamified learning experiences that resonate with learners. Your focus will be on creating competency-based training that not only informs but also empowers Dietitians to provide the best possible care to their clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that training materials are relevant and effective, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

You will analyze data to measure the success of training initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Your role will involve regular communication with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that will inform your training design. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating training materials to ensure they remain current and effective. As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
