You have over 5 years of experience creating training content for enterprise audiences, particularly in the fields of cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management. You are comfortable owning the content development process from start to finish, which includes writing modules, designing interactive scenarios, and developing video storyboards and simulations. Your passion lies in building learning experiences that effectively change behavior, especially in high-stakes environments where the stakes are high and the impact is significant.

You understand the importance of creating engaging and effective training materials that resonate with learners. You have a strong grasp of instructional design principles and are adept at utilizing various multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience. Your ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders ensures that the content you create is not only informative but also relevant and applicable to real-world scenarios.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of training content for Doppel's AI-native human risk management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement training modules that help organizations defend against social engineering attacks. Your responsibilities will include creating written content, designing interactive scenarios, and developing simulations that reflect real-world threats.
