You are a compassionate and mission-driven Registered Dietitian (RD) fluent in Spanish or Vietnamese, eager to make a measurable impact on health equity. You understand the importance of nutrition counseling and personalized meal planning, and you are committed to helping individuals and families live healthier lives. Your experience allows you to connect with members who may be facing food insecurity or are Medicaid participants, providing them with the support they need to navigate their nutritional challenges.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to deliver virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) effectively. You are comfortable using technology to connect with clients and provide personalized care, ensuring that your guidance is accessible and actionable. You are dedicated to empowering individuals through education and resources, helping them make lasting, positive changes in their eating habits.

What you'll do

As a Registered Dietitian at Foodsmart, you will deliver virtual nutrition counseling to a diverse range of members, many of whom come from underserved communities. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized meal plans that fit their unique needs and circumstances, helping them access affordable grocery delivery options. Your role will involve guiding members through the process of making healthier food choices and navigating local resources available to them.

You will collaborate with a national network of Registered Dietitians, sharing insights and best practices to enhance the quality of care provided to members. Your work will contribute to Foodsmart's mission of transforming how people access and afford healthy food, ultimately supporting over 3 million members across various health plans and systems. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on health equity by empowering individuals and families to live healthier lives through access, affordability, and education.
