What you'll do

As a Registered Dietitian at Foodsmart, you will deliver virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to members, guiding them through personalized nutrition plans that cater to their unique needs. You will work closely with a national network of RDs to ensure that members receive the highest quality of care. Your role will involve assessing members' nutritional needs, developing tailored meal plans, and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their health goals.

You will leverage technology to connect with members and facilitate nutrition counseling sessions, ensuring that care is accessible and affordable. Your work will directly contribute to improving health outcomes for individuals and families, particularly those from underserved communities. You will also collaborate with Medicaid and health plan partners to enhance the reach and effectiveness of nutrition care services.
