You are a compassionate and mission-driven Registered Dietitian (RD) licensed to practice in Washington state. Your experience in delivering nutrition counseling and personalized meal planning will be invaluable in this role.

You understand the challenges faced by underserved communities and are passionate about making nutrition care accessible to those who need it most. You are comfortable working in a virtual environment and have the skills to connect with members through technology, ensuring they receive the support they need to make lasting, positive changes in their lives.

What you'll do

As a Foodsmart RD, you will deliver virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to members, many of whom are Medicaid participants or facing food insecurity. You will provide personalized care and guidance, helping individuals navigate local resources and shop smarter on a budget. Your role will involve collaborating with a national network of Registered Dietitians to ensure that members receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.

You will be responsible for developing personalized meal plans and providing nutrition counseling that aligns with the goals and preferences of each member. Your expertise will help members make informed choices about their diets, ultimately leading to improved health outcomes. You will also engage with community resources to enhance the support available to members, ensuring they have access to affordable and healthy food options.
