You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly within eCommerce or partnership environments. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue through strategic initiatives. You are adept at identifying opportunities for growth and implementing solutions that enhance performance. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including partnerships and revenue optimization teams. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results.
Desirable
Experience in the media or publishing industry is a plus, as is familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies. You have a knack for data analysis and can leverage insights to inform decision-making. A background in project management methodologies will help you streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the operational lead on key retail and network partnerships, owning the execution and optimization of high-revenue campaigns and initiatives. You will partner closely with the Partnerships and Revenue Optimization teams to develop and execute strategies that increase affiliate revenue and drive incremental growth. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic, cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency. You will identify and propose process improvements and automation opportunities to support continued team growth and partnership success. You will also monitor campaign performance and provide insights to enhance future initiatives, ensuring that all efforts align with Forbes' overarching business objectives.
