What you'll do

As the Founding Designer at Formal, you will take ownership of the design strategy and execution, collaborating closely with the CEO and engineering team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing intuitive UI/UX designs for the app, maintaining the company website, and creating visually engaging content for marketing and product launches. You will ensure that all design elements align with Formal's brand identity and effectively communicate the company's mission and values.

You will engage directly with customers to gather insights that will inform your design decisions, allowing you to create user-centric products that enhance the overall experience. Your role will also involve crafting visuals for case studies and marketing materials, showcasing the impact of Formal's solutions in the data security space. By collaborating cross-functionally, you will help shape the overall product vision and contribute to the company's growth and success.
