Who you are

You are a talented and multilingual Customer Service Agent who thrives on building business relationships and providing outstanding service. You have a passion for sharing your technical knowledge and enjoy using your language skills to assist customers. You are eager to support our growing markets in the EMEA region and are comfortable resolving technical issues and investigating machine errors.

You possess strong communication skills and are adept at educating customers and resellers about Formlabs printers. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering exceptional service. Your ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support our direct customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and business inquiries, primarily through phone and email. You will become an educator, training direct customers and resellers using your technical expertise of Formlabs printers. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, investigating machine errors, and evaluating printer logs to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will leverage your business and technical expertise to assist clients effectively, ensuring they have the knowledge and support they need to utilize our products successfully. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and helping them navigate any challenges they may face with our printers.
