What you'll do

As the Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Formlabs, you will lead a team of manufacturing engineering professionals responsible for supporting global manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will oversee the ongoing sustainment of manufacturing lines at contract manufacturers, ensuring that production processes are efficient and effective. Your role will involve characterizing process and product failures on the manufacturing line, conducting root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions. You will work closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to support new builds and refurbishments, ensuring that quality standards are met. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the future of fabrication by driving innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Your leadership will be crucial in transitioning new hardware products into steady-state production, and you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
