You possess excellent analytical skills and a keen understanding of industrial product regulations, which allows you to effectively review product designs for compliance. You are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset, enabling you to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and contribute to the successful launch of innovative products. You thrive in a hands-on role within the product lifecycle and are eager to further develop your regulatory and project management skills. What you'll do
As a Senior Hardware Compliance Engineer at Formlabs, you will leverage your knowledge of industrial product regulations to identify relevant standards and ensure compliance throughout the product development process. You will partner with design engineers to review product designs and translate compliance guidelines into engineering requirements. Your role will involve establishing and executing compliance certification strategies as new products are introduced and as the company expands into new markets. You will conduct thorough analyses of regulatory requirements and work closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure that all hardware products meet the necessary safety and quality standards. You will also collaborate with sales teams to provide insights on compliance-related inquiries and support the development of marketing materials that accurately reflect product certifications. Your contributions will play a critical role in maintaining Formlabs' reputation for quality and safety in the 3D printing industry.
What we offer
At Formlabs, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay and equity in the form of RSUs. The annual base pay range for this role is $100,000—$140,000 USD, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
