What you'll do

As the General Counsel at Formlabs, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal activities within the organization. This includes developing and implementing the company's intellectual property strategy, managing IP prosecution and litigation, and negotiating vendor and customer contracts. You will play a crucial role in financing contracts and will be an integral member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the board of directors to align legal strategies with business goals. Your role will require you to provide legal advice on a variety of matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the company's growth and innovation initiatives. You will also be tasked with fostering a culture of legal awareness within the organization, educating team members on legal implications of their decisions and actions.
