Who you are
You have experience in operations management, particularly in a manufacturing or engineering environment — you've successfully led cross-functional teams and understand the complexities of product development and deployment. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
You are proactive in identifying risks and blockers — you prioritize effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep projects on track. Your ability to prepare and present leadership-level reports demonstrates your confidence in conveying complex information succinctly.
What you'll do
As an NPI Operations Program Manager at Formlabs, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of program requirements. You will work closely with supply chain, manufacturing engineering, design, and logistics teams to resolve critical blockers and drive program success. Your role will involve preparing regular presentations and reports for leadership, outlining program readiness, top risks, and timelines for issue resolution.
You will be responsible for fostering collaboration among teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and timelines. Your ability to navigate challenges and facilitate discussions will be key to overcoming obstacles and achieving project milestones. You will also play a crucial role in developing and deploying the tools and processes necessary for building Formlabs products.
What we offer
At Formlabs, we offer a competitive salary range of $95,000—$180,000 USD, along with equity in the form of RSUs.
