What you'll do

In this role, you will lead critical initiatives aimed at improving production processes across WHOOP's global supply chain. You will work closely with teams in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Factory, Test, and Quality to ensure that all programs are executed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies that enhance product quality, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.

You will be responsible for driving structured execution of manufacturing programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your hands-on approach will involve problem-solving on the ground, addressing any challenges that arise during production. You will also play a key role in scaling high-performance manufacturing practices, contributing to WHOOP's mission of unlocking human performance and health span.
