Overview

Formlabs is hiring a Safety Coordinator to train team members on safety policies and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a detailed knowledge of health and safety regulations and demonstrate strong leadership skills. Your excellent communication and training abilities allow you to effectively convey safety policies to team members. You possess an acute eye for detail, ensuring that all safety practices are adhered to in the workplace. You are proactive in identifying hazards and implementing solutions to maintain a safe working environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will meet with the management team to define EHS goals and objectives, ensuring that safety standards are met across the organization. You will train employees on health and safety policies and best practices, fostering a culture of safety within the team. Conducting regular inspections, you will identify hazards and EHS violations, providing solutions and intervention strategies for hygiene, health, and safety hazards. You will implement new health and safety protocols and measures to ensure compliance with regulations, monitoring operational processes and employee adherence to safety guidelines.
