What you'll do

As a Safety Coordinator at HelloFresh, you will work closely with the Site Safety Manager and the safety team to spearhead safety initiatives within the distribution center. You will be responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance, which includes overseeing powered industrial trucks (PITs), conducting new hire safety training, and maintaining necessary recordkeeping such as OSHA 300 Logs. You will actively participate in accident and injury investigations, conducting root cause analyses to prevent future incidents. Your role will involve being a visible presence on the production floor, where you will identify potential safety risks and collaborate with management to address them. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for safety and security questions, providing guidance and support to the management team. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of safety and ensuring the well-being of all employees.
