Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on customer engagement and retention strategies. You understand the nuances of the customer journey and have successfully designed campaigns that drive repeat purchases and customer advocacy. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data insights to inform your marketing decisions and optimize customer interactions.
You are skilled in developing content and resources tailored to different customer segments, ensuring that each touchpoint adds value and enhances the customer experience. Your expertise in email marketing and digital channels enables you to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that guide customers through their entire journey, from prospecting to becoming loyal advocates. You will design programs for key stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring that each interaction is meaningful and impactful. By tracking and measuring campaign performance, you will report on key metrics and insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
You will empower customers to maximize the value of their Formlabs products by creating tailored content and resources. This includes segmenting customers by type and geography to deliver personalized experiences that drive engagement. Your ability to analyze customer behavior and preferences will inform your strategies, allowing you to refine your approach and enhance customer satisfaction.
What we offer
At Formlabs, we offer a competitive salary range of $95,000—$155,000 USD, along with equity options in the form of RSUs.
