You are a tech-savvy professional with a strong customer service focus — you thrive on building positive relationships with customers and helping them with their sales or service-related questions. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with a willingness to relocate to Berlin for the role. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and internal teams alike.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the direct sales team in EMEA, responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers and creating outreach strategies. You will identify and close sales opportunities, working primarily on inbound leads, which means no cold calling. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success. You will collaborate with various teams within Formlabs to ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company by sharing insights and feedback from customers.
