Who you are

You are a tech-savvy professional with a strong customer service focus — you thrive on building positive relationships with customers and helping them with their sales or service-related questions. You have a passion for 3D printing technology and understand how it can transform industries. Your persistence and goal-driven mindset make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities with remote work. You are fluent in Italian and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join Formlabs' direct sales team in EMEA, where you will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers and creating outreach strategies. You will identify and close sales opportunities, working primarily on inbound leads, which means no cold calling. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into future product developments. You will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest 3D printing technologies and solutions offered by Formlabs.
