You are skilled at building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to manage budgets and resources effectively is complemented by your strategic thinking, allowing you to navigate challenges and deliver results efficiently.
You are passionate about technology and innovation β you stay updated on industry trends and are eager to learn about new tools and methodologies that can enhance project outcomes. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate project goals and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of your work and drive projects forward.
Desirable
Experience in the 3D printing or manufacturing industry would be a plus, as it would give you a deeper understanding of the products you will be managing. Familiarity with Agile methodologies can also enhance your effectiveness in this role, allowing you to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver value incrementally.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Formlabs, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development β from initial concept through to production and launch. You will work closely with design teams to ensure that product specifications are met and that the final output aligns with the companyβs vision. Your role will involve creating detailed project plans, setting timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration between teams. This includes regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones. You will also be responsible for managing the program budget, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
In addition to project management, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation within the team β encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to the development of new products. You will also be involved in post-launch evaluations, gathering feedback and insights to inform future projects and improve processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $120,000 USD, along with equity options in the form of RSUs.
