What you'll do

As the VP of Engineering, you will lead the engineering team at Ask Polly AI, guiding them in the development of cutting-edge AI technology for market research. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to identify customer needs and define product features that meet those needs. Your role will involve overseeing the transition from an MVP to a fully developed product, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation, and driving the technical direction of the product.

You will also play a key role in strategic planning, helping to shape the future of the product and the company.
