You have a strong background in client management and sales, ideally within the education sector. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities in K12 education and are passionate about helping schools and educators achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills and can build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You are results-driven and thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working with diverse educational institutions, from public schools to private organizations.
What you'll do
As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for growing the Leader In Me program in your assigned region. You will effectively prospect and engage with a targeted list of educational institutions, presenting the value of FranklinCovey's offerings. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive the support they need to implement and sustain the program successfully. Your role will involve developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, understanding their needs, and aligning FranklinCovey's solutions to meet those needs. You will also track and report on your sales activities and client engagement metrics to ensure that you are meeting your targets and contributing to the overall success of the Education division.
