Who you are
You have a strong background in sales and client management, particularly within the education sector. Your experience includes building relationships with educational institutions and understanding their unique needs. You are skilled at prospecting and developing strategies to grow programs effectively. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate the value of educational programs to diverse stakeholders.
You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, allows you to create tailored solutions for clients. You are passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact in the K12 space.
What you'll do
As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for growing the Leader In Me program in your assigned region. You will identify and engage potential clients, including public and private schools, to promote the benefits of the program. Your role will involve conducting presentations, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementation of the program in educational settings.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and other team members to develop strategic plans for client engagement and retention. Your insights will help shape the direction of the Education Division's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of schools and educators. You will also track and report on sales metrics, providing updates on progress and identifying areas for improvement.
