Overview

Fresha is hiring a Greek Speaking Account Manager to build strong relationships with salon customers and drive the usage of Fresha’s features. This role is based in Madrid and offers a competitive compensation package.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the beauty and wellness industry. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is unmatched, and you thrive in environments where you can showcase your skills and make a significant impact. You are fluent in Greek and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect effectively with a diverse customer base. You enjoy working independently and are motivated by achieving results and driving customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Fresha, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our salon customer base across Southern Europe. Your primary goal will be to drive the usage of Fresha’s various features, ensuring that our clients are maximizing the value of our platform. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and support them in achieving their business goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

What we offer

Fresha offers a competitive compensation package, including an OTE of €36,000 to €45,000 gross, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your contributions will directly impact the success of our customers and the growth of the company.
