Uber is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow strategic partnerships within Uber Eats in Spain. You'll be responsible for driving client success and account health while managing key stakeholders. This role requires 4+ years of experience in a client-facing position.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, such as Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success. Your strong organizational and administrative skills are complemented by exceptional attention to detail, enabling you to manage complex accounts effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of driving client success and account health.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted partner advisor. Your analytical mindset enables you to build models to assess account performance and take direct action to improve partner outcomes. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage some of the largest accounts within Uber Eats, setting the vision and strategy for each account while also overseeing daily performance metrics. You will monitor operational metrics such as defect rates and order rejection rates, taking proactive steps to enhance partner performance and overall experience. As the main point of contact for your accounts, you will resolve issues, share platform insights, and guide partners toward business excellence.

You will work on cross-area projects that have a significant impact on the company's strategy, collaborating with various teams to drive success. Your ability to manage senior stakeholders will be crucial as you navigate complex relationships and ensure alignment with Uber's goals. You will also be responsible for reporting on account health and performance, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
