Overview

Fresha is hiring a People Specialist to deliver high-quality people operations and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. You'll play a critical role in onboarding, culture, and process automation in the London office.

You have experience in people operations, ideally with a focus on delivering high-quality initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You understand the importance of onboarding and are passionate about fostering a collaborative culture within the workplace. You thrive in environments that value face-to-face connections and spontaneous creativity, and you are eager to contribute to a community-driven culture. Your ability to automate processes will be key in enhancing operational efficiency.

Desirable
