What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the Global Head of Talent and Senior Talent Partners to drive the recruitment strategy for Fresha. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with the company's values and culture. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting top talent. You will also play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Fresha's commitment to excellence.
