You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders and have a knack for navigating complex sales processes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working within a startup-like atmosphere. Your experience in selling to diverse verticals such as retail, healthcare, and private security has equipped you with the insights needed to succeed in this role. You are a strategic thinker who can contribute to the go-to-market design and team building efforts alongside the GM - Enterprise.
What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our innovative products and services. You will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with early customers across various sectors, including critical infrastructure and logistics. Your role will involve developing repeatable sales motions and collaborating closely with the Enterprise team to refine our go-to-market strategy.
You will lead efforts to establish commercial partnerships that are essential to our growth, leveraging your expertise to navigate large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts. Your ability to articulate the value of our solutions will be crucial in winning over potential clients.
