You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on developing and enhancing Frontify's digital asset management platform. You will drive technical excellence by setting clear goals and expectations for your team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define the product roadmap and prioritize features that deliver value to users.

You will mentor and coach your team members, helping them grow in their roles and develop their skills. You will facilitate regular code reviews and technical discussions to promote best practices and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and take ownership of their work.

In addition to managing your team, you will also be involved in hands-on technical work, contributing to the development of the platform and ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable and maintainable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the needs of users and aligns with the company's strategic goals.
