What you'll do

As the Engineering Team Lead for Brand Fundamentals, you will oversee a team of engineers dedicated to ensuring that brand truths are reliably consumed by humans, systems, and AI. Your mission will be to elevate the team's performance by implementing best practices in software development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead the architectural design and implementation of solutions that enhance the brand platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of customers.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to align engineering efforts with business objectives, ensuring that the team delivers impactful solutions that resonate with users. Your role will involve driving technical discussions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers to help them grow in their careers. You will also be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for the team, measuring success through key performance indicators and feedback.

In addition to leading the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of the Brand Fundamentals domain.
