What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for Core Payments, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the entire ecommerce experience at Fullscript. This includes overseeing the cart, checkout, payments, taxes, discounts, payouts, and financial reporting systems. You will be involved in system design planning and will make critical decisions regarding the team's focus and priorities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the systems you build are not only functional but also secure and reliable. Your role will require you to stay close to the work, actively participating in the development process while also managing team dynamics and performance. You will create an environment where your team can innovate and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of practitioners and patients alike.
