Who you are

You have a strong background in health technology and experience in merchandising or product management — you understand the importance of clinical evidence in product evaluation and category strategy. You are skilled at translating clinical research into actionable insights that enhance practitioner trust and product differentiation. Your ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Education, is essential for success in this role.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex clinical information to diverse stakeholders — you are comfortable collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that product assortments meet the needs of practitioners and their patients. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess market insights and make informed decisions that drive category strategy.

What you'll do

As the Clinical Merchandising Manager, you will support the development and execution of category strategies for Fullscript's supplement assortment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that clinical evidence is integrated into product evaluations and go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve curating ingredients and communicating clinical insights to strengthen practitioner trust in the products offered on the platform.

You will be responsible for translating clinical research into actionable decisions that impact product assortment and education initiatives. This includes collaborating with the Marketing team to develop effective communication strategies that resonate with practitioners. You will also engage with suppliers to ensure that the products align with clinical standards and practitioner needs.

Your role may require occasional travel for events, allowing you to represent Fullscript and engage with practitioners directly. You will play a key role in shaping the future of care by ensuring that practitioners have access to high-quality supplements and the clinical insights they need to deliver better care.
