Your attention to detail ensures that inventory, costs, and approvals are managed efficiently for various requests.

What you'll do

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will interface with internal departments to generate future product ideas and branding strategies. You will manage the customer and internal product development process, which includes sourcing, vendor management, purchase order issuance, and production oversight. Your role will involve initiating project workflows by issuing necessary documentation and ensuring that all teams are aligned on objectives and timelines.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day vendor relationships and overseeing the production of goods, including mission patches and soft goods. Additionally, you will coordinate internal product distributions, gifts, and events, supporting employee customer service initiatives. You will also create compelling visual merchandising plans for in-store displays at any on-site stores, ensuring that they align with SpaceX's branding and marketing strategies.
