You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at leading cross-functional teams and projects. Your experience in quality operations allows you to effectively support all Fullscript distribution center facilities, ensuring that quality initiatives are implemented and maintained across the enterprise. You are detail-oriented and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality in all aspects of your work.

What you'll do

As a Senior Quality Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing on-site quality activities and enforcing cGMP at the distribution centers. You will act as the initial quality contact point for operations personnel, ensuring that all processes comply with applicable regulations. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide quality initiatives, collaborating with various departments to enhance quality management systems.

You will support the distribution centers by providing guidance on quality-related matters, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Your expertise will help shape the quality culture within the organization, promoting a proactive approach to quality assurance and compliance. You will also be involved in training and mentoring team members on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
