You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape UX strategy and drive user engagement.

Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to conduct informed research and experimentation — you understand the importance of user feedback and actively participate in customer calls to gather insights. You are passionate about creating best-in-class user experiences and advocate for designs that resonate with users, ensuring they are both functional and delightful.

What you'll do

As a Staff Product Designer at Fullstory, you will own and execute design across the entire product development lifecycle — from framing problems to shipping and measuring solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape UX strategy and contribute to user engagement and growth. Your role will involve iteratively designing solutions that not only meet user needs but also align with the company's mission of being the leading source for behavioral data.

You will participate in design reviews and advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the products you work on are not only functional but also loveable. Your insights from customer interactions will help inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience. You will also contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
