Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence engineering, with a strong focus on building and maintaining BI data infrastructure. Your expertise in Tableau allows you to create impactful reporting solutions that drive decision-making across departments. You understand the importance of data governance and usability, ensuring that stakeholders have access to trustworthy insights. You are a collaborative partner to business leaders, working closely with data analysts and data scientists to empower teams with actionable data. Your problem-solving skills enable you to architect effective BI solutions that meet the needs of various business functions, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.

Desirable

Experience with data modeling and optimization techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with other BI tools and platforms. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of a growing organization. A background in data governance and best practices for BI development will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the BI data layer that serves as the foundation for all reporting and analytics. You will ensure that data models are optimized for performance and usability, enabling stakeholders to derive insights quickly and effectively. You will manage the Tableau reporting environment, developing new BI solutions that empower teams to take action based on data. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translating those into effective BI solutions. You will also play a key role in driving the transformation of data accessibility within the organization, ensuring that all business teams can leverage data to inform their decisions.

What we offer

G2i Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 based on experience.
