You have a strong background in backend development with at least 5 years of experience in building high-performance systems. Your expertise in Kotlin and Java allows you to design and implement server-side services that are both robust and scalable. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing features seamlessly.

Your experience with Spring WebFlux and event-driven architectures equips you to handle complex, high-throughput data pipelines. You understand the importance of system reliability and performance strategy, and you are eager to contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of fintech applications.

You are comfortable with PostgreSQL and have a knack for schema design, ensuring that data is structured efficiently for optimal performance. Your familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes allows you to navigate modern infrastructure and deployment practices effectively.

You are a proactive communicator, participating in code reviews and technical discussions to foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You are open to learning and adapting, especially if you come from a Java background and are transitioning to Kotlin.

Desirable

Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and React is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to contribute to both backend and frontend development. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana will help you ensure system health and performance.
