You have a strong background in Salesforce development, with expertise in architecting and building secure, scalable solutions using the Salesforce platform. Your experience includes working with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, allowing you to create high-quality applications that meet business needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, business analysts, and product owners to develop proofs of concept and interface designs.

You understand the importance of integration and have experience working with .NET orchestration layers to connect various applications. Your knowledge extends to Salesforce Experience Cloud development, where you contribute to both development and maintenance efforts. You are committed to establishing engineering standards and reusable patterns, ensuring that your team adheres to best practices in unit testing and platform reliability.

You are proactive in implementing robust security controls, aligning with Salesforce Shield initiatives, and you take pride in mentoring fellow engineers to elevate their craftsmanship. Your focus on operational excellence drives you to support strong DevSecOps practices in collaboration with security teams, ensuring adherence to governance in the Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud environment.

Desirable

Experience with CI/CD practices in Azure DevOps is a plus, as you lead branching strategies and automated deployments. Familiarity with error handling and observability in integrations is also beneficial, as you develop and enhance integrations using REST APIs and Named Credentials.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and build secure, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of the business. You will own the solution architecture, focusing on data models, interface contracts, performance, and accessibility. Your contributions will include developing and enhancing integrations with robust error handling and observability, ensuring that all applications function seamlessly together.

You will lead CI/CD initiatives in Azure DevOps, establishing best practices for branching strategies and automated deployments. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical requirements. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
