You have a strong background in full-stack development, particularly with C# and .NET technologies — you've built scalable applications and understand the intricacies of both frontend and backend systems. Your experience with React allows you to create dynamic user interfaces that enhance user experience. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with domain experts to deliver solutions that meet user needs effectively.

You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and understand the importance of automation in software development — your knowledge of DevOps practices enables you to contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment processes. You appreciate the value of observability and infrastructure tools, ensuring that applications run smoothly and efficiently.

You have a passion for engineering culture and teamwork — you believe in the power of tight feedback loops and continuous learning. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders helps bridge gaps and foster collaboration across teams.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the challenges faced by users in that ecosystem. Familiarity with public APIs and integration techniques will enhance your ability to contribute to Gearset's mission.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Gearset, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our DevOps platform for Salesforce — your work will involve building and managing complex CI/CD pipelines that empower users to make Salesforce changes quickly and safely. You will collaborate with domain experts to develop novel solutions that address unique challenges, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing features that improve user experience and operational efficiency — your contributions will directly impact how our users interact with the Gearset platform. You will also work on improving our observability and infrastructure tools, enabling the team to identify and react to issues swiftly.

In this role, you will participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Your insights and expertise will help shape the technical direction of our projects, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and performance.
