You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the biotechnology or life sciences sector. Your technical knowledge allows you to effectively communicate with R&D teams and understand the nuances of gene and cell therapy services. You excel in stakeholder management, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of product development. Your project management skills enable you to oversee the innovation lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring that products meet market demands and operational viability.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product positioning and differentiation clearly. Your experience in commercial strategy and pipeline enablement means you can effectively partner with sales and business development teams to support pipeline analysis and drive product success. You are passionate about advocating for customers and ensuring that their needs are met through innovative product solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the key product owner for GenScript's gene and cell therapy services in the US market. You will contribute to the innovation lifecycle, collaborating with R&D and product teams to ensure that new developments align with customer needs. Your responsibilities will include defining product positioning and launch narratives, as well as developing commercial strategies that support the product pipeline. You will work closely with sales and business development teams to analyze market trends and customer feedback, using this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
You will also be responsible for managing the product roadmap, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on priorities and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams will be crucial in driving product success. You will advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that their needs are met and that the products delivered are of the highest quality.
