What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Lalamove, you will lead the development and improvement of the Communications Platform. You will set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to guide your team's efforts and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with a talented group of engineers, designers, and data scientists to identify and solve some of the most pressing challenges in the logistics space.

Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product enhancements and new features. You will prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team focuses on the most impactful initiatives. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to launch.

You will also be responsible for monitoring product performance and user engagement metrics, using this data to iterate on the product and improve the user experience.
