What you'll do

As a Data Platform Developer at Geotab, you will design and implement data pipelines that support the processing of billions of data points daily. You will work closely with the analytics team to ensure that data is accessible and reliable for business intelligence purposes. Your role will involve optimizing data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for integrating third-party solutions into Geotab's open platform, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

You will collaborate with software engineers to develop APIs that allow external applications to access Geotab's data services. Your work will contribute to improving fleet management solutions for customers, enhancing safety and sustainability in transportation. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Geotab remains at the forefront of data innovation.
