Who you are

You have a proven track record in lifecycle marketing, with extensive experience in crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse customer segments. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and execute effective lifecycle content strategies, ensuring that messaging is tailored and impactful across all touchpoints. You excel at building personalized customer journeys, leveraging insights and data to optimize engagement and retention. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with product marketing, creative teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver a cohesive brand experience. You are hands-on and thrive in a leadership role, guiding teams to achieve exceptional results in lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that inform content strategy and customer segmentation. A background in storytelling and brand messaging will enhance your ability to connect with customers on a deeper level.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and define the lifecycle content strategy, leading the vision and execution of messaging frameworks and audience segmentation. You will develop tailored onboarding and retention flows, ensuring that our messaging resonates across all customer segments. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives that engage customers at every stage of their journey, from initial awareness to post-purchase follow-up. You will analyze customer data to identify key cohorts and optimize personalized journeys, driving engagement through targeted content and strategic communication.

You will collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to ensure that all lifecycle programs align with the overall brand strategy. Your leadership will guide the team in executing lifecycle marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience and drive retention. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of lifecycle initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and improve overall performance.
