Who you are
You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing customer communication platforms. You understand the importance of user activation and retention, and you have a proven track record of developing effective email and CRM strategies that drive engagement. You are data-driven and can analyze metrics to optimize lifecycle flows and improve user experiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with product and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product changes. You are passionate about creating meaningful user experiences and have a knack for crafting compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
Desirable
Experience with product-led growth strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Marketo. You may also have a background in graphic design or a strong understanding of design principles, which can help you communicate effectively with the design team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the lifecycle and CRM operations at Kittl, ensuring that users receive timely and relevant communication throughout their journey. You will manage the end-to-end process of customer communication, from onboarding to activation and retention. This includes maintaining lifecycle flows that reflect ongoing product changes and new features. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product updates and enhancements. You will analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive feature adoption and user engagement. Your role will be critical in supporting Kittl's product-led growth as the company scales into 2026.
