Who you are

You are a strategic marketer with a strong foundation in lifecycle marketing — you have experience independently managing complex programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Your test-and-learn mindset allows you to experiment effectively and translate data into actionable insights. You are comfortable using tools like Braze to manage B2C lifecycle initiatives and have a keen eye for optimizing campaign performance.

You bring a wealth of experience in campaign planning and execution — you understand the nuances of A/B testing and regularly conduct performance reviews to refine strategies. Your analytical skills enable you to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations that enhance customer engagement and retention.

What you'll do

As the Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end development of our B2C lifecycle program, ensuring that campaigns are strategically aligned with broader business objectives. You will lead the planning and execution of lifecycle initiatives, focusing on optimizing customer journeys through targeted messaging and engagement strategies.
