What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at GetYourGuide, you will be part of a mission team focused on growing our selection of supplier partners. Your primary responsibility will be to design seamless and scalable onboarding experiences for suppliers, ensuring that the process is both secure and user-friendly. You will collaborate with the UX team to create internal tools that utilize AI to moderate new experiences and authenticate suppliers. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our account managers and the satisfaction of our suppliers, making their journey with GetYourGuide extraordinary.

You will conduct user research to understand the pain points of suppliers and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your vision effectively. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
