What you'll do
As the Senior UX Manager, you will lead a team of product designers, content designers, and researchers focused on the Comparison team, a new strategic area within GetYourGuide. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the overall strategy and vision for enhancing user experiences in the travel sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points, ensuring that your team delivers solutions that resonate with travelers. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Your role will involve analyzing user data and feedback to inform design decisions, as well as exploring innovative UX formats that cater to specific categories of activities. You will play a key role in shaping the future of travel experiences at GetYourGuide, making every journey extraordinary for our users.
